Pricing Information

Hourly Development

We provide quality website design and services at a very competitive rate. We charge a fee of $49.95 per hour for our services, except for quoted projects. There is no minimum, we bill by the minute so we are not wasting any of your time or money.

Signal Point Network bills once per month and requires terms of 20 days. If payment for services is not received within 20 days of the dated invoice it may result in suspension of future work and/or reclaiming services that were listed on the invoice and/or your website may be turned off.

Quoted Projects

For larger projects Signal Point Network will provide you with a detailed quote containing an itemized listing of all the services you will receive. You will also be provided with a detailed contract (shown below).

Before we begin working on the project, we require a signed copy of both the quote and contract be mailed to us. We also require a 45% down payment of the total quoted cost before we will begin work on the project. And finally the remaining 55% payment of the total quoted cost must be received before completion of the project.

Quoted Project Contract

An initial, non-refundable, 45% payment of total quoted cost is due prior to project being started by Signal Point Network. Once 45% payment of total quoted cost is received, the 45% payment will be credited to the customer's account balance for the total quoted cost. Once customer's account is credited with this balance project work will begin. Upon receipt of final 55% payment Signal Point Network will deliver all items that have been developed and listed on original quote.

At time of project completion customer will receive a final dated invoice with itemized descriptions of all work received for project development. Any remaining balance payment not yet received after a period of 30 days from final invoice date will shall bear interest at a legal rate. If the project is suspended and/or terminated by the customer at any time, Signal Point Network will claim any and/or all developed items as its own. If there is no activity or pursuit from customer for a period of 30 days, at any time, to complete or pursue the project further, it will be deemed suspended and/or terminated by Signal Point Network.

By signing and dating this contract, your signature serves as the agreement between yourself and Signal Point Network to everything listed above.
